The hotel is very close to the metro station, and there is a supermarket just across the street. Our room was a good size and clean. Daily cleaning was offered. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, and a hairdryer, a nice bonus (the underfloor heating was also great!).
There were no side tables near the beds for placing items while charging devices.

The hotel includes a decent-sized swimming pool located in the basement. I did not use it. The hotel displays art and has an outdoor courtyard area for guest seating (a pleasant surprise).

Breakfast is buffet style. It offers a good variety of choices, and everything was fresh. There were many options available that catered to different tastes (especially the bread selection!).

The hotel is very close to the metro station. Netto store is located right across the street. The location is very convenient. The room had good block-out light curtains.
The bathroom was quite worn. I noticed more water coming from the shower hose than the showerhead. There was a lot of hard water build up on the showerhead.

the location was acceptable since it was close to the metro.
The room felt far from clean with dust on lamps, it was disappointing. the lack of outlets near the beds was also inconvenient because i needed to charge my phone. housekeeping only folded the duvet without actually cleaning. The towel was left crumpled on the toilet, this was not appreciated.

The location was very helpful for getting around. The pool was a nice feature, though the water could have been a little warmer, as well as the showers. I found the beddings warm and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff was also excellent.
My room lacked air-conditioning though it was advertised as having it. I was really hot after traveling, and the small fan provided didn't fully solve the issue.

the location is fantastic it is right next to the metro stop. the metro makes it easy to go downtown. the breakfast was really good it was definitely worth having.
the wifi did not work in the room the reception had no clue about it. i was living on the 2nd floor still there was no signal. the mattress was super thin the carpets are old. there was no ac.
